His background in competitive sports and outdoor activities lends itself well to the challenges of CrossFit.

What he enjoys most about Two Roads is the community, striving to be healthy (with nutrition motivation from his wife and fellow coach, Lera), and expressing his fitness in everyday life through activities like mountain biking and trail running with their Siberian Husky, Volk.

In 2009, she relocated to Carlisle, Pa with her two girls and has come to love the community in which they are a part of. Community and the sheer determination to live a healthier life is what has made her thoroughly enjoy all that CrossFit has to offer. Being a part of Two Roads gives her the chance to share the love and determination she has with an amazing community.

By day, Jamie works as a BSA Officer (anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing compliance) for a local community bank. By night, and weekends, you can find her at Two Roads CrossFit!

Austin Morrow

Coach

CrossFit L-1 Trainer (June 2021)

Austin discovered CrossFit in 2018 at the Two Roads Murph event and has been hooked ever since. He grew up playing a variety of competitive sports, which has transitioned well into his success as a CrossFit athlete. Austin uses the knowledge he has gained over the years and incorporates that into his strategies as a coach at Two Roads. His favorite part about CrossFit is pushing himself physically and mentally beyond his barriers. Austin is always excited to coach athletes using techniques he has developed for motivation and perseverance. He wants to inspire others to develop these techniques and find success. One of the reasons that motivated Austin to start coaching was that he loves seeing the success of his fellow athletes and wants to help them continue to crush goals and break through barriers they didn’t know were possible! Austin utilizes CrossFit and nutrition as a base for living an active healthy lifestyle and loves setting a good example for his 2 kids along side his wife and fellow coach, Cassie.

Cassie Morrow

Coach

CrossFit L-1 Trainer (June 2021)

CPR & AED Certified

Cassie began her CrossFit journey in 2018. She has a background in multiple sports and was a competitive collegiate soccer player. Being an athlete her entire life, she fell in love with the competitive nature of the workouts and the drive to improve each day at the box. Along with competition, the community has been a big reason she enjoys CrossFit at Two Roads. She loves that her two children are growing up surrounded by a community of individuals that are pushing themselves to be better every day. Fitness and nutrition are fundamental to living a healthy lifestyle and she loves that she can incorporate both into her daily life. Cassie made the decision to continue her passion in the CrossFit world by obtaining her L1 to start a role in coaching. She has a desire to motivate others and help push them to achieve their goals. Cassie is able to use the knowledge she has developed from her experience coaching at the collegiate level and in her role as a mental health therapist outside of the gym. She is able to take this knowledge and implement strategies to make sure people are leaving the gym better than when they came in. When Cassie is not in the gym you can find her spending time with her husband and fellow coach, Austin, and their two children or at Target.
