Every day, Two Roads CrossFit coaching team designs a workout according to a program we have in place. While all our workouts are constantly varied (no time to get bored!), we track and measure YOUR progress to provide efficient and effective programming.
All our sessions are done in a small group class setting where you get attention from one of our coaches to help you through the movements.
